How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your Still Here account and all associated data, follow these steps:

Send us an email
Email support@stillhere.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include your account email
So we can locate and verify your account.

We'll process your request
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request Data Deletion

What Gets Deleted

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:

Account data — your name and email address
Check-in history — all recorded check-in timestamps
Emergency contacts — all contact information stored on our server
Mood data — any mood entries you've logged
Subscription data — your billing relationship (processed via the app store)

Note: Data stored locally on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app. To fully delete your data, both request server deletion and uninstall the app.

Timeframe

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your email. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting your data does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) to stop future charges.
